Our firm’s training arm, ChangeWork, provides consulting, facilitating, strategic planning and training services to a variety of for profit and not-for-profit. Our firm has Myers-Briggs certified trainers, and often uses the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) in our training endeavors. In addition, ChangeWork has a tested network of professionals which it sub-contracts for special projects.

ChangeWork utilizes the Myers-Briggs training techniques to assist clients in both external and internal communication. ChangeWork offers objective expertise to guide individuals, organizations and teams through the maze of discussion, debate and ultimately the decision-making process.
