Association Management

Rebecca Brockway joined Guinan Associates in October of 2003, bringing with her eight sessions of government relations experience and four years of association management skills.  Prior to coming to Guinan Associates, Rebecca spent years honing her skills in all facets of government relations: community outreach, grassroots organizing, targeted writing campaigns, association membership growth and training, creating brochures and newsletter designs and general lobbying in the halls of the State Capitol.

Rebecca first entered the lobbying profession in 1995. She quickly mastered the basics of association management and government relations. Rebecca continued to advance in her field, moving on to work at the Connecticut Farm Bureau (CFB) for six years. During that time she was the Director of Government Relations for two years, lobbying agricultural issues in Hartford and in Washington, D.C., with Connecticut's Congressional delegation. She was then promoted to Director of Membership Services, focusing on membership retention and membership benefits for the 5,200 members of CFB.

Rebecca’s organizational skills and outreach ability has allowed Guinan Associates to expand the services that we provide to our clients to include comprehensive association management.
