Office Manager

Stella came to our firm with a background in the executive and legislative branch, along with political, corporate and grassroots involvement. Stella worked at the State Capitol as the Administrative Assistant to then Secretary of the State, Julia H. Tashjian.  She gained Legislative experience by working for the General Assembly’s Planning & Development Committee.

Prior to joining Guinan Associates, Stella was the Office Manager for the 2002 Bill Curry for Governor campaign.  Through the years, Stella has worked on various state and national campaigns including; United States Senator Chris Dodd, former Governor William O’Neill, former Congresswoman Barbara Kennelly, North Carolina’s Congressman David Price and the Presidential campaigns of Jimmy Carter and Jesse Jackson.

Stella, also, served for ten years as Human Resources Administrative Assistant to Secretary of the North Carolina’s  Department of Administration.
